Ginwenwear enforces a three-stage quality control system across all production lines, backed by ISO 9001:2015 certification and AQL 2.5 inspection standards. Every custom jacket order passes through incoming material inspection, in-process workstation monitoring, and final pre-shipment inspection. The company maintains a defect rate consistently below 1.5%.

Stage 1: Incoming Material QC

Before cutting or sewing begins, all raw materials are tested. Fabrics are checked for color accuracy, GSM, and tear strength. Zippers undergo 5,000-cycle durability tests. Down and insulation are verified for fill power. Materials that fail are rejected before production begins.

Stage 2: In-Process QC

Each workstation performs self-checks on every garment piece. Supervisors conduct hourly line inspections checking dimensional accuracy, zipper functionality, button attachment, and label placement. Failed pieces are flagged and sent to repair stations immediately.

Stage 3: Final Pre-Shipment Inspection

Following AQL 2.5 standards, random samples are drawn from each lot. For a 300-piece order, approximately 32 pieces are inspected against all specifications. If defects exceed tolerance, the entire lot is returned for 100% re-inspection. A detailed photo report is shared before shipment.

Quality Guarantees

If a shipment exceeds AQL 2.5 tolerance, clients can choose: defective pieces remade at no cost, credit toward the next order, or partial refund. Claims must be submitted within 15 days with photographic evidence. Third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek is available.
