Pattern making and grading take approximately 2 to 3 business days, during which the pattern maker creates the master pattern based on the client's size specifications. Fabric and material cutting takes 1 to 2 business days, followed by sewing and assembly which takes 3 to 5 business days for a typical jacket sample. Finally, finishing, pressing, and quality inspection take 1 to 2 business days before the sample is ready for shipment.
