What Payment Terms Does Ginwen Wear Accept?
Ginwen Wear accepts T/T (telegraphic transfer / wire transfer) as the standard payment method for all orders, with a 30% deposit and 70% balance payment before shipment. For larger orders exceeding ,000, L/C at sight (irrevocable letter of credit) may be arranged on a case-by-case basis. All payments are processed in USD unless otherwise agreed.
Standard Payment Terms: T/T (Wire Transfer)
The most common payment arrangement for custom jacket manufacturing is T/T with a 30/70 split:
- 30% deposit: Paid after the purchase order and proforma invoice are confirmed. This deposit covers material procurement and initial production setup.
- 70% balance: Paid before shipment, after the client has reviewed the final inspection report and approved the shipment release.
This payment structure protects both parties. The deposit covers Ginwen's upfront material costs, while the balance payment ensures the client confirms quality before the goods leave the factory.

Sample Payment Policy
Sample costs are typically paid upfront by the client via T/T, Western Union, or PayPal. The sample cost is deductible from the bulk production invoice once the bulk order is confirmed and placed within 60 days of sample approval.
Invoicing and Documentation
Ginwen Wear provides proforma invoice, commercial invoice, and payment receipt confirmation. All bank account details are provided on the proforma invoice.
